Sunday Gatherings
From 10:15 the Worship band play songs as we begin to gather, and we begin with a welcome at 10:30. Our time together usually lasts anywhere from 60-90 minutes and includes primarily modern worship music with a mix of hymns and action songs. Most people will sing along, but don’t feel any pressure if you don’t want to.
We’ll share news about what’s happening in the Church Family, read from the Bible and hear a topical talk, we’ll pray & respond together.
Our gatherings are relaxed and you’re free to engage as little or as much as you like. We love to see and hear little ones toddling around and engaging in their own way whilst we’re worshipping.

Visiting for the First Time
We love to welcome visitors to our Church family gatherings.
We don’t have on-site parking, so the nearest car park is at Castle Road (just around the corner) and it’s free to park on Sundays. IF you have someone with you who can’t manage the walk, be sure to arrive about 10 minutes early, and you can drop them on the Church driveway right outside the door, then park your car (we’ll take care of them until you return).
As you enter a warm welcome awaits you from our Welcome Team. They’ll hand you a copy of our latest bulletin before showing you to a seat and introducing you to someone.
Covid Precautions
If you join us for an on-site, in-person gathering, our intention is to keep everyone as safe as possible by implementing and regularly reviewing our Covid-secure procedures. We work hard to ensure we allow as much freedom as is safe & wise, whilst also maintaining the confidence of the more vulnerable.
Children & Youth Groups
We love having the children and young people with us as we begin and we try to ensure they’re engaged before the leave to go to their groups for age appropriate activities. On the first Sunday of the month we have an ‘All-In’ gathering where all ages remain together. This also has the benefit of giving our group leaders a much needed rest.
Our Sunday morning groups usually follow the same topic as the adult gathering (with occasional exceptions). We hope this will help church family from all generations to be able to engage together on a topic whichever group they are in and help each other to grow.
Seeds
[birth to age 3]
We have a Creche called ‘The Greenhouse’ which is supervised by parents & helpers once the other groups leave.
Seedlings
[age 3 to Yr 1]
We meet in the Lounge and spend some time with the Saplings and some on our own.
Saplings
[Yr 2 to Yr 5]
We also meet in the Lounge and enjoy time on our own and with the Seedlings.
Rooted
[Yr 6 to Yr 9]
We start with a light breakfast before enjoying a mixture of games, activities and discussions.
Seeds is the beginning of a faith journey; at RBC we want to see seeds of faith planted in the hearts of our youngest children as they begin to connect with God (so we ensure they get the best possible start in the Greenhouse). Seedlings and Saplings describe young and growing plants, if cared for and given the right conditions, they will grow bigger and stronger. We want to see the depth and strength of our children’s faith grow. We want to see young people become Rooted in Jesus; to firmly anchor their faith in Him in order to have a faith that lasts beyond their school years
Live Stream
If you are not able to join us in person, the live-streamed of the gathering will begin at 10:15:
